In view of the dire need to encourage and help the women interested
in being involved in the economic activity, the Federation of the
UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry has adopted the idea of
establishing a businesswomen council to help businesswomen achieve
their hopes of working side by side with businessmen without any
discrimination.
The council shall work under the umbrella of the federation, which
is regarded as one of the most important businessmen organizations
in the UAE, so as to be able to carry effective work mechanisms into
effect.
The businesswomen council will be useful for us to be familiarized
with the climate of the commercial market and try to develop our
ability to probe the vast horizons in a realistic manner.
It will also help us be familiarized with the market data and the
available capabilities and this will lead an establishment or
company to develop and will help improve its performance and boost
its growth.
Besides, the businesswomen council will help and encourage entering
into joint ventures with other companies and sectors through full
partnerships or partial sub-partnerships.
